Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Very happy I lucked out with these guys. They work fast but are also thoughtful in how they handle your possession. They know what they are doing. Very professional and efficient in loading and unloading! Also easy to communicate with and they listen. I plan on hiring them again in a few months when I move from a temporary rental to my permanent home.
The 2 guys that showed up had drive and motivation to get the job done and were very nice. HOWEVER these guys had no clue how to load a truck. They didnt utilize space, didnt strap items to the truck walls, didnt stack anything. After loading a handful of large items they told us we were gonna need 2 trips. Im moving 2 hours away, multiple trips was not an option. We had to reload what they did then had to direct them how to load the rest of the truck. In the end the only benefit they really provided was saving us from heavy lifting. Im unloading today and am praying nothing is damaged
All my heavy stuff is good to go now. Was able to snug and fit all my items inside the ubox the way I needed it . Thanks!
