• I gave them a tip $40 after paying an extra $100 for 45 more mins of work through venmo but they are slow at thier job, and broke glass. Also, they opened the uhaul bag a of blanks and the dolly without asking which made out cost highter with out our acknowledgement. They are kind but would not recommend because in the end they asked me how much do I want to get paid for leaving a good review.

Our team always works hard to complete moves safely, efficiently, and within the timeframe, which, in this case, was completed as scheduled based on the items. Regarding the damage box, we undertand how frustrating that can be, especially when fragile items are involved, while packed boxes can shift during transport, we still take concerns like this seriously and always aim to handle every item with care, thats why we offered to pay for broken item which you kindly declined, we would welcome the oppurtunity to speak with you directly and work toward a resolution. • Paid for 2 movers from Precise Moving for 4 hours to load the 26 foot truck. The first employee showed up 20 minutes late and the second didn't show up until 20 minutes after that! They came unprepared; used our dollies, loading straps, and we had to help with heavy items. Several of our furniture pieces were damaged, a leg on our hand-made dresser was damaged, the top of the matching (hand-made) nightstand was damaged, the washing machine window - very scratched, refrigerator - a giant dent on one side and door is scratched, they used an article of clothing to dust off a piece of furniture, to name a few issues. They seemed to have very little regard for our property and tried to get out of moving a heavy object that I showed them when they arrived. They also took lunch breaks mid-shift, with one disappearing for at least 30 minutes. After all that, they left early and then had the audacity to imply that a $300 tip was needed for moving one of the heavy objects! Very poor service.

• I booked the service just two days prior and they were very quick to communicate with me! The moving professionals were punctual, fast, and efficient. I was very pleased with my decision to hire Precise Moving Company and would definitely use them again if there’s any chance.
