Both guys communicated well even that they where running behind, although they where fast and efficient in moving the items, (I booked for 3 hours they got done in 2) the one helper put a decent size hole in the wall while trying to get my mattress up the stairs. I expressed my concerns immediately and the boss called me and is working on getting it fixed. (They say). Other than that I give them 3 out of 5 stars overall. I recommend them if you want things done quick but not too worried about your items and walls being damaged.
