    Instead of stacking plastic totes and boxes high up (in groups of 3-5) against the wall and returned to their original format of matching types, we were left with stacks of boxes and bins of various sizes stacked only in groups of 2 everywhere in the house, leaving little space to try to walk around and unpack and figure out where everything is. We booked for 3 hours and felt rushed at the end because they thought it was for 2 hours and booked another job within our time frame.
