The communication and actual support provided was excellent. The 2 movers were lost for 45 minutes and that impacted the specifics of where I could have my items moved to. Despite this they were efficient in loading and unloading my items and they displayed a level of expertise in packing my u-haul. They also bought a dolly, handtruck, and bungee cords to ensure the load was secured properly. If it were not for them getting lost, I would have given 6 stars.
