Quite a few items were messed up, some worse than others. Didn’t feel like they were in a rush to provide a good service. The job was done but felt like the bare minimum was given in every professional aspect.

Booked a morning move, got delayed because they overbooked. Had to extend U-Haul rental because we needed an additional three hours the next day. One of the movers was great and knowledgeable. The other wasn’t, he didn’t want to take apart two bed frames and desk and move two gym pieces that weren’t over 90 lbs. We had to take apart the items and ended up having to rent the U-Haul for another day since they showed up late by two hours again the next day. You get what you pay for. The owner, Christoph, didn’t communicate much and was unavailable because he had personal stuff going on with no one to communicate with about issues.
