Not responsive to suggestions from us, and left a ton of space at the top that meant we didn’t get as much in the pod as expected. Also put heavier boxes on top of lighter, so we had a bunch of tipped and collapsed boxes. Some broken (during transit) and scratched (during loading and transit) items.
