Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Willie and Trey were phenomenal for unloading my moving truck into a one bedroom! They helped to disassemble and reassemble my couch so that it would fit up the stairs. Also, Willie was kind enough to move up my reservation because we arrived earlier than expected. They handled all of my items carefully, and helped take the stress out of moving. Very professional, efficient, and cheerful crew - I hope to book them again for my next move!
The communication was good when it happened. It unfortunately was not the best. We also hired them for 3 hours and they only worked for 2 of it. They did a good job loading overall though. They help was appreciated and good just disappointed by the loss of time we were counting on.
Went above and beyond to get us moved in on time.
