  • No additional time added for the time period one of them went to the store for Gatorade. Overall ok very nice just slow walked the 3 hours and would’ve left a lot in the truck if I hadn’t facilitated getting the bigger 2 people objects

  • We had provided over 20 sets of tension straps to be able to secure the items, and had many items loaded into the truck, however they chose not to use any of the equipment, and when we’re had finished payment looked at me and said ‘don’t drive up any hill’ for a 250 mile move up the state, there has been well over 10k worth of items and property damaged that we will be seeking full reimbursement for since it went far above the maximum insurance purchase.
