  • My tv now has a black mark on the screen. A 30lb refrigerated box of food packed butt tight in the garage that I can't get to. They tossed my saddles on the top op the pile to move then unpacking threw my saddle pads on the ground. What was supposed to go in the garage came in the house and visa versa. I ended up paying for 9 hours at 60 and hour. They had to leave in the middle for another job. My alternative was just to leave me hanging at the first leg with no one to unload. My lamp shades are dented. My tv screen is unrepairable. I asked PLEASE keep the bedroom door closed because the dog will attack the cat, so when I walked in they locked the dog in with the cat. People, you get what you pay for. Just because they are the cheapest doesn't mean they are the best or even close. They started off strong then they went downhill real quick. 9 hours? The company said they had a long day and they are probably tired. We'll, so is my wallet

  • Movers were very nice however spoke very little English which made communication difficult . I probably would t use them again
