Solano was great! Communication was good, movers arrived on time and completed my small move (10’ truck) of a bedroom in half the time estimated. Very professional, handled my belongings with care and made sure load was secure in u-haul and followed me to destination and unloaded. Friendly and courteous. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. My only issue was with the Moving Help app and or website. It was frustrating trying to get moving help booked apparently due to U-Haul app updates. In addition it only allows you to add time, not subtract if move completed in less time and once code released you can’t make changes. Would leave a tip, but the extra hour of pay more than covers tip. App should allow you to add and subtract hours or allow you to input a start and end time and adjust accordingly.
