Had some damages to 3 large potted plants ( 2 were stacked inside one pot and all three broke) and one expensive lamp (packed laying on it's side). But Charles and his assistant were super nice and cooperative. Very professional. Quick reply times to text messaging..
Caleb & Robert were extremely knowledgeable and efficient during the move. They worked quickly and just seemed to know what to do. Justin (my initial contact) was very easy to reach and always answered my questions and calls. He has a very calm demeanor assured me that they could do the work.
