Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
It was not packed correctly at all. They told us that we had no more room in the truck so we had to rent another one. The movers we hired at our destination said we really didn’t need another truck. If it had been packed correctly, it would have all fit. On top of that, everything in our truck that they had packed had fallen forward. Boxes busted open, items were broken or crushed. They cost me approximately $1,000 more than I planned to spend on my move.
Team is extremely professional, respectful and efficient. Communication with Mark and Jessie was great, they kept us informed on ETA. Offloading was a breeze, got done in an hour.
