• Very lazy movers, took multiple breaks which were on my dime, didn’t want to go over not 1 minute without paying for full hour. When movers arrived they acted as if they did not want to move me because i was on the 3rd floor but when book i said multiple time i am on the 3rd floor. Very careless with my furniture, i had foot prints on my sofa! I would not book again, i guess you get what you pay for

  Hello Andriana thank you for your feedback. Yes you did state your apartment was on the 3rd floor and that was not a problem at all that is what we a here for. Our services are very affordable and we have nothing but great reviews. When we closed out your order you stated the movers did a good job and did not mention anything about foot prints or we would have addressed the issue right away. Our movers do get paid by the hour and we have to pay them for thier time. We are always there for as long as it is needed to complete the job. We did explain to you during the booking process how much time you prepaid for and that anything over the prepaid time would is additional which is pretty standard.
