• I recently hired Jones Moves for my move, and while the team was personable and polite, I encountered several issues that left me disappointed. Upon unpacking at my storage unit, I noticed they didn’t use any furniture pads to protect my items, and the lack of organization in the truck was concerning. They piled everything in haphazardly, resulting in several smashed and torn boxes, including three out of eight wardrobe boxes that were damaged. My dresser arrived scratched, which was disheartening. Additionally, I was surprised to learn that my service exceeded two hours, and they wanted to charge extra instead of honoring the original pricing with a discount for additional hours. Overall, while I appreciate their friendliness and that they took down my TVs, the way they packed my U-Haul and the damage to my belongings overshadowed the positives. I hope Jones Moves can improve their packing techniques for future customers.

  MsJones I apologize I we try to take care of each and every customer sometimes we fail but it wasnt do to packing just the lack of thing and furthermore discounts where for five or more hours I do apologizes sincerely with the upmost respect and sincerest apologies

• Ty was great to work with. He communicated well and arrived right on time and he and his Dreon finished sooner than I expected. Would definitely recommend and use again.
