  • The movers were polite and friendly, but I can't recommend them. While they did get our truck packed up quickly and densely, and used the ratchet straps I provided to keep our items from moving around too much during transit, they inexplicably did not use the moving blankets I provided to protect our furniture, causing over $1000 in damage to our items. They also dinged up our walls on the way down the staircase. Their manager was professional in helping us deal with it, and helped get our claim reimbursed, but I'm not sure why they didn't just use our moving blankets.
