Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Actual moving help was fine, had some communication miscues as to where both movers should meet me to start unloading. Once they arrived, all went well. Young men nice and courteous, completing the unloading of the truck within the time booked . Did not know I could add a tip after , so I tipped in cash on site before they left.
Everyone was professional. We were closing a storage unit with miscellaneous pieces They loaded the truck and will use them again in a couple of weeks when we'll be closing our unit
Omar was great. The move went perfect. The communication and coordination was spot on.
