• The movers were great. They introduced themselves by name with an extended hand. (I forgot their names, I was exhausted.) I had to drive from Mississippi so my ETA kept changing . Mr. E made sure to remain in contact && was even able to move a few clients around (get to them earlier) because I was late . They showed up when they said they would even tho I was the one with shaky time . Very gentle with my items . They had to move to the second floor && they still moved my things with great care . Great customer service. I’ll be reaching out when it’s time to move . They got furniture inside that I was worried wouldn’t make it (I downsized from a 2br to a 1br) . Overall very pleased with my service .

• There was another recommended mover a bit more expensive and another slightly cheaper; all with numerous positive comments. I decided to go with the middle price, and selected Big E. It was a last-minute booking at 5 am, to unload my items that afternoon. Because it was last minute, I did not expect the company to be able to do it that morning. I was wrong. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a confirmation text from Big E himself (Earnest) within a minute of my booking! He also asked if I wanted the unpacking that morning, which I did. I was even more surprised to know he was driving over 50 miles for the move. Of course, I knew he would arrive early (30 minutes to be exact). He said he did not realize he would get her so fast, but preferred to be early, rather than late. He was very professional and kind. He did an amazing job!!
