Was not smooth at all.. most of my wooden furniture is broken due to them forcing it into a storage unit even though they reassured me that it would fit. I couldnt access it at first because it was filled beyond capacity. Once accessed, furniture came tumbling down from the top.. movers I booked to move me out even said it was terribly done. I wish I could add pictures to the review and rate 0 stars but Im so glad I got the protection plan. Absolute waste of money and time
