• The movers were available even with a short notice. They arrived on time, had amazing manners, and got everything moved in quickly and carefully. I was so impressed that I booked them for two more jobs. They will be my go to movers for the foreseeable future.

• So disappointed. They had great reviews, so I thought I couldnt lose. Boy was I wrong! They showed up too early (UHaul screwed up my truck rental, which put my behind). I gave them a tour of the house and showed them what was going on the truck. That way they could decide the best approach for packing the truck. But they didn't think, nor try. They just started at the front room and moved their way to the back. There was so much extra space on the truck, and when we pointed it out and made suggestions on what they could put in the empty spots, they ignored us. One guy stayed on the truck, while the other did the lifting and moving. Only HALF my belongings made it on the truck and told us 'just leave the rest behind, you can buy new'. WHAT?!?! They kept watching the clock. They also mishandled furniture (one guy moving heavy pieces on his own, dragging them), and scratched and damaged the hardwood floors. I had to UNPACK AND REPACK the truck myself. And I got everything to fit.

  Good afternoon! I do apologize that we could not fit your three bedroom into a 15 ft truck. It is not recommended. Also, it is required that we take pictures for insurance, and the floors were damaged prior to the move. If you would like to send some pictures that show damage other than what we have documented, we will gladly submit those to insurance. Furthermore, we are a separate entity from Uhaul, so them not having your reservation on time should not reflect negatively on our company. We were a little early because that is being timely. I was not notified when you were running late, so we showed up as we were scheduled to. As stated before, we do take pictures, and there is literally no room for anything else in this truck, from start to finish. I know moving is stressful. I am here for every step, so I know personally. I do feel like my crew did everything they could have with what the had to work with. If there is any way I can make this easier, please let me know. Thank you!

• I could not recommend them more. They helped me maneuver the uhaul, fixed my key for the uhaul when the lock was out on wrong, and were quick and efficient unloading. Would absolutely book again
