Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Michael and his team were awesome! I only hired 2 movers for 2 hours but he showed up with 2 additional movers. It was the hottest and most humid day of the summer and the team got us moved out and the truck loaded in 90 minutes. Communication throughout the process was great. Michael always responded promptly. Would definitely recommend and hire again!
They came late. One of them was on his phone for most of the time texting and making calls. They ended up not loading everything; they left immediately when two hours was up. It was a one bedroom apartment, and if they were focused on getting the job done, they would be able to load everything. Simply, I regretted hiring them especially because of the unprofessional work they did.
A FIVE STAR COMPANY... Mack Logistics!!! Have some health issues preventing me from moving myself and this company was a godsend. Kenny and Reggie showed up early in the hottest part of the day (95 degrees + 97 percent ATL humidity) to unload my truck. Professional, friendly, helpful and not a single complaint about all the stairs they climbed. They moved carefully, but fast. Took care with my furniture and asked when they had questions. I'll be asking to use this team again. Thank you Kenny and Reggie! See you next time!
