  • I've hired moving help through U-Haul 4 times. The young men who show up to help are always outstanding-- polite, strong, responsible. This time, Zukey and Jermaine from Relentless Movers were my moving helpers, and they were all of these qualities. They were very communicative via text planning ahead for my move and on the day of the move, very punctual, friendly, careful, and hard-working! Also, it was a hot, humid August afternoon when they unloaded my 20' truck and carried everything up a flight of stairs, and they kept up the pace and good attitudes. They even helped me rearrange items in the condo as I figured out where I wanted them, and took furniture going to another home down to the truck for me. Overall, they did a terrific job, and I'm very grateful for their good attitude, hard work, and helpfulness.

  • Honestly, I do have to warn potential clients that I'm really upset I spent my money here. I ordered movers so that my 70 year old father with a bad hip wouldn't have to do anything. Instead, he was in the truck the whole time, rearranging the things they put in. Otherwise things wouldn't fit. Everything they picked up, banged against a wall. They didn’t know how to move furniture through doors, so I had to take over on most items. One was strolling and texting between each piece of furniture, which is highly unprofessional and ineffective especially after being an hour late. Worst part, they dropped my brand new expensive dining room chair which is now scratched up, my new tv on it's face, the couch, and my new mattress is ripped and dirty from them sliding it. They are sweet kids, but clearly untrained. I would have saved time, money, and my stuff had I just done it myself. The only reason I'm not giving them 0stars is because I spoke to the owner who gave me a partial refund.
