The helpers were absolutely incredible and worked very hard to ensure we got the task done through adversity (at one point they were stuck in the elevator at the storage facility, but got right back to work as soon as they got out) The only main issue I had was the lack of professionalism in the communication from the corporate office when I pointed out the fact that some items had been left out and not brought down and packed as part of the moving help. I had to go back on my own and carry down the stairs the items and then proceed to reorganize my storage unit by myself to pack these items in that had been left out. The responses I received from the company was bad. They gave me an attitude and made excuses and tried to tell me I didn’t know what I was talking about. Rather than offering remediation or support they gave me an attitude and said it wouldn’t be possible to pack the stuff which is why it was left out and not moved (not true because I packed it by myself after)
