    Communication was very sketchy in the beginning trying to set up a time for the move after completing a time schedule on the U-Haul website two days before move. Apparently, it was short notice for the moving service provider and was not relayed to me until I finally contacted them to confirm so I had to reschedule the date. I was told this is a problem with the U-Haul website that allows you to schedule time without checking with the moving service provider if this is in their window of being able to load and unload.
