Mary called me in advance to confirm the service and gave me pointers on how to prepare for moving day. I was able to text & call the movers easily to stay updated with the Ubox. The team had excellent communication skills and checked in with me regularly. They were very professional, kind, and pleasant to work with. They made the moving experience so much easier & I would rate them more stars if I could. If I have another move, I am definitely hiring them again!
