  • We had agreed that the team would arrive at 830am. At 825am I had to call to confirm that the team was in route. Due to an error the team was scheduled to arrive an hour after our scheduled time. Nonetheless the team arrived and they completed the move in half the required time. I'm expecting to be refunded for the difference. With that said, overall they did a decent job.
