• They never called 24 hours prior to the move, so I called them at 1030pm. They confirmed 10am. They called at 830am following morning to tell me they have two other jobs and would be done around 5. They call later around 5 and say they are just on the way to the 2nd job and weren't sure when they'd be there. They call again not too long after to say theyre on the way. They got here smelling like weed, heavy. Didnt care until they dropped my dresser while using lifting straps putting a decent dent on both sides. We get to the new place and I find even more damage to my office desk and another ladder shelf I have. They made an already stressful situation even worse. Pay the extra 40 or 50 an hr for people who know what they're doing.

  The customer did not complete the job order correctly, they put anytime to be there, I communicated with the customer. The customer complained the entire day while I tried to explain the previous job held me over. This guy is the only bad review. Everyone else left 5 star ratings.
