  They arrived on time and did a great job! Communication was clear and they seemed happy to do the job. A third helper arrived (in lieu of two that I paid for); this was not a problem for me as I clearly needed more hands so we agreed that I pay the 3rd helper a bulk sum for the job.

  The company was extremely unprofessional. I tried to get ahold of them pre move to coordinate things and make sure we were on the same page. They would not return my calls and instead just texted back and forth. We had asked them to deliver boxes and were not informed of any additional charges and then when they had finished they told my husband he owed $2400!!! He asked them how they would justify that and they initially said it was $20 per mile but their office then said $15 per mile. When he pointed out the 10 mile drive was nothing near $2400 they then said they would not pick up the remaining two boxes they had left blocking our driveway. My husband was not able to go to work meetings he had scheduled because of the back and forth with the company who was trying to extort us. They are super shady and they should be kicked off the platform. The only thing that made the move ok was the Uhaul manager who personally came to pick up the boxes himself.
