Communication leading up to appointment was lacking. I actually had to initiate contact and reach back out to them several times to confirm my appointment time. Even still, they weren’t sure if they were double booked. I wasn’t given a heads up the morning of my appointment that they were on their way or their ETA. They struggled at times to follow directions on where to unload furniture. They poorly handled a couple pieces of our furniture, and as a direct result, they damaged our marble coffee table.
