• We have used several different movers before and always had the same amount of items and done the same amount of time. However, this company went into the job questioning the time we paid for compared to the amount of items we had. We understood that companies are different and were willing to pay more time but wanted to see what could be done in 2 hours. There were several times where some movers would come inside and walk back out with nothing. Two out of the four movers were extremely helpful and moved quickly. However the main mover whom was in charge was very rude and unprofessional. He argued and talked about his company taking pride of their work and having integrity. Even after saying all of this, he had his employees just throw everything into one section of the apartment without a care of what was in the boxes. I believe this was done because the added time was expiring but they did not give the choice to add more time. I have never had a company this unprofessional before.

• The crew was amazing--got the trailer and truck loaded very quickly and packed expertly, no empty space left! They were friendly and professional and sympathetic to a tough situation I'd been going through. Highly recommend.
