Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
The guys were great help as i am older and couldn’t do this by myself. They were hard working, had great attitudes, and were fun to work - interact with, making the move much lower in stress than in the past when i did it all by myself. They were much better than the U-Haul company. I will never do business with U-Haul again because of their deceptive practices.
This was an excellent experience overall. The day after I booked, the dispatcher called me to confirm the booking time and location. They then reconfirmed the day before. I felt this was very professional. As far as the actual helpers, they were excellent. I believe their names were Dennis and Darnell. Very fast, efficient, and careful with my things. There were a few times when we had to redo the layout of the shipping pod, and they heard my wife and I out and got it done. We had concerns about fitting everything in, but they made it happen. I am very pleased, and I would highly recommend these two to anyone in the Sacramento area.
