Here at Fresh Start Moving Services we provide a safe and affordable service to accommodate you on your fresh start. We offer packing and unpacking, loading and unloading for vans, box trucks,pickups,U-boxes,trailers and shipping containers. Making sure our clients items are safe and protected from any damages by packing, unpacking and loading, unloading in a proper manor that helps shield fragile items, by placing items by there weight and according to the safety regulations for however the items are being transported. Also by using the correct methods for moving your items such as mattress bags, TV boxes, couch covering, moving blankets dollies, and other protective services, we help with assembling and disassembling with items of your preference. We also provide cleaning services for before and after moving, natural disaster cleaning working side by side with auditors for insurance purposes, and junk removal. We want your fresh transition to be affordable and easy as can be.

  • We had a very negative experience with Fresh Start Moving Services. The two employees sent out to load up our truck were inexperienced. The barely used the rope and moving blankets provided. They did not cover our couch or wrap in properly. They ignored our requests to please protect it and instead loaded heavy boxes on top of it and it is now broken in the middle. Our tv stand was also broken into multiple pieces and our tv was severely damaged. The truck was not loaded professionally and they left many gaps allowing items to shift. On top of that, we heard one of the employees joking about dropping an expensive item from the third floor landing into the arms of his colleague. They also insisted on unnecessarily dismantling multiple pieces of furniture to the point they were in more pieces than when they arrived from the factory. We reached out to the owner of the company about our experience but didn’t receive a response. Currently waiting on insurance to process our claim.
