• On the positive side they came on short notice with a friendly first impression and in the end got most of our items unloaded for the agreed price. On the negative side their pace was relatively slow and there was a fair amount of damage to one piece of furniture. As we were discussing these negatives one of them put his arm in front of the other and coaxed him away from us as he had become rather confrontational.. They had said there would be no charge because they were generous and wanted us to feel welcomed to Tennessee I guess,. But it looks like they ended up charging us anyway.
