• Terrible in several ways. Started complaining before they even finished the items listed. They have made multiple inappropriate remarks during the encounter. I cheapened out with labor cost and paid the price in experience. REGRET.

  Thank you for your feedback Our team worked hard to complete the move based on the exact list of items you provided when booking For everyone safety and to stay within the reserved time we must follow the agreed upon list During the job our movers also reported feeling uncomfortable due to the manner in which instructions were being given While we always welcome clear communication we ask that it be respectful so our crew can do their best work At times it also came across that you felt above our team which added to their discomfort We appreciate your understanding and wish you the best

  Thank you for your feedback. We always strive to provide fair and efficient service. When your order was placed, we requested a full list of items. The list provided included 2 mattresses, 2 TVs, 2 bed frames, 2 office tables, and 20 boxes. When our movers arrived, the pod was much fuller than listed, including many additional loose items. This required more time than the 2 hours originally booked. Our team worked hard to complete the move safely and properly. Because of the extra time required, it impacted other scheduled jobs, and the customer became upset after requesting a refund for the additional time, which we were unable to provide.
