Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
The movers were late. They showed up high. The way our u-boxes were packed we are going to have to redo some of them to finish everything. We had totes that needed to loaded and offered them the use of our hand truck. They declined. Instead they drug the totes across the concrete. They very unprofessional. I would not recommend their service to anyone.
The service provided was very efficient and the people who helped did a wonderful job not damaging any of the furniture. They did however show up 40m late to start the day which caused some issues with tight moving windows in an apartment building. I booked for 5 hours and we finished in 3.5 despite the lateness. But overall definitely would recommend!
These guys were amazing, they did everything carefully and very quick. I wouldnt hesitate to hire them they did a great job and saved us a lot of time and backpain. We tipped in cash
