  • The U-Haul location in Sault Ste Marie, MI, per the mover & a U-Haul call from Grand Rapids, MI, dropped the baton on my 7 U-Box delivery. Up North Moving and I spent from before 9am to 8pm working to fulfill my delivery order. Parts were missing on some of the U-Boxes, as were most of the promised 24 furniture pads per box (at least 3 boxes had none!). One of the pins for the ramp on the single-box was missing, and the ramp immovable, so I don't know if any pads are within it. The mover made 4 one-hour each way trips to the U-Haul location in Sault Ste Marie as boxes became available.
