They broke my brand new fridge and said nothing!!!!! I hurt myself when the cubby fixture fell on me. They damage my brand new couch that im still paying for because they couldn't bother to use the wrap i purchase. They use the wrap on 1 item, the freezer. You can see the beginning of the wrap label on the photo i attached. I've lost so much! My god! And I'm still making payments on it!!!! How can this be remotely ok? They shouldn't be in business. How can they possibly go to people's homes under uhaul and do this to people who mostly trust them because they are linked to U-Haul?! I am not ok with this!
