I am writing to report a serious incident involving Christopher Hall and Hubert through the All Veterans Moving service on U-Haul Moving Help platform. On July 16, 2025, Chris and Hubert loaded our belongings into a U-Haul truck at our home in Walls, Mississippi. We agreed they would drive the truck to our new residence in Columbia, Missouri on July 17 and unload it. I paid them 1000 dollars in cash that morning. Unfortunately, we did not have a written contract for driving and unloading, trusting the U-Haul platform which was my bad. They left ahead of us, but to our shock, we later found the truck abandoned on the side of the road. Multiple attempts to contact them failed. As a father of three young children, this caused serious distress during our interstate move.
