• From the start this company was disappointing. I requested they start at 9.30am and two different times before the move date the company reps (different people texting from the same number) communicated 9.00. They ended up showing up at 10.45. Though the two movers the company sent seemed lovely, they showed up smelling of pot and their stories differed from the company rep as to why they were late. The lateness is ridiculous for any company rendering services at someone’s house let alone someone’s house that has a timeclock on another rental (the uhaul truck). The guys took their time with loading. It seemed like they had no training for how to pack a truck. Sometimes they were no where to be found or on their phones. One of the two movers often was carrying something so light, you wondered if he knew he was a professional mover. It was ridiculous. In the meantime, our clock ran out and they were ‘happy to stay on’ for more money. We had several pieces of furniture and walls damaged.
