  • Movers arrived on time and job was completed. However they had extra time and even though the business offers unpacking they refused to do any unwrapping of our fixtures. Also there were several unprofessional comments made to the young ladies at our location which caused concern.

    I would like to apologize for anything that was said inappropriate but please contact me and inform me which guy committed the act. I dont tolerate disrespect towards customers. I really wish you would have informed me while we were there so we could have straighten the situation at hand. More than likely could have terminated the guy on spot. Also you only order loading unloading service. I never refuse to unpack your items I informed you that you had to go online and add the unpacking services and pay for the service that you requested.
