  • Lorenzo and staff were amazing. The only reason why a 3 was given on the communication is because we didn't receive a call or text from him. However, on his defense, it was communicated to us that he had been hospitalized, and when we finally spoke, he did respond on time. That being said, we would definitely use their services again.
