Demon had great communication. Texted me shortly after placing the order to get details and kept me updated on when the team would arrive the day of the move. KP and her moving team were great! They were fast, careful with our items, and very professional and courteous. Move took like a quarter of the time we expected because they were so fast.

Broke the bottom of my dresser, chipped another dresser, dropped our washing machine down half a flight of stairs, I requested 830am they said arrival between 830 to 930, I had to text where they were and they didn't show up till 10am. Clearly one of the guys struggled to carry anything, he had no clue what he was doing. Neither of them were able to move our washer. My husband had to help them and now no washer at our new house because they dropped it down the stairs and we then put it in the garage, going to look for a new washer today now. Horrible not worth what I was charged. Never again. Should have done it myself. We hired movers to help us not wreck our stuff! These movers are not dedicated or efficient.
