    The owner is a very large man who should reconsider his profession. He was unable to walk a flight of stairs without getting out of breath and sweating profusely. I was concerned for his health due to the hot weather and asked his assistant if he was okay. I asked multiple times if he would be able to complete the job in 3 hours. He assured me that he would and even when he realized that the time was approaching he assured me that he wouldn’t charge me an additional fee. While unloading the truck he told me it would be an additional hour and asked if I could pay him in cash. I told him it was unfair to charge me for additional time when he took multiple breaks and he wasn’t prepared with the necessary tools to disassemble the furniture. He yelled at me and said what do you think I’m a slave? He unloaded the truck but did not reassemble any of the furniture and requested the payment code. I provided the code and he again asked for additional money. I would NEVER use his service again.
