• Great experience! Good communication prior to move day. Helpers were very professional in entire process. Showed up at appointment time. Made an assessment of job and tools needed before starting. Very respectful of items. Highly recommend.

• One of the movers was very professional and seemed to know what he was doing. The other seemed to be newer and had dragged a few items causing the leg of a cabinet to snap. The other mover reseated the screw in it, but it will need wood glue to hold up. The other mover seemed like he was just wanting to get the job done and wasn’t paying close attention to what he was moving around. Two clearly marked TV boxes were ignored by him including placing one flat on the ground even though the box said not to and the other piled behind multiple items leaning against it. Luckily neither TV got damaged, but I was not too happy with their handling. There was also a broken snow globe in the truck that my girlfriend wanted to clean up first before continuing to avoid issues, but the guy who was inpatient kept going quickly. Glass was tracked to multiple locations in the house and my girlfriend ended up with a shard in her foot and I with one in my hand. Not the best experience, but they got it done
