• Didn't come the first scheduled day, due to transportation problems. Lack of communication unless I hunted him down for answers and confirmations. Got the time and location wrong on the 2nd scheduled time. The just put boxes wherever and never asked or read the boxes location (kitchen, bedroom, etc ) I asked them to stack neatly in the room and I was unable to walk in it! They didnt stack correctly or read FRAGILE and items were broken! 70in TV was placed upside-down. Other boxes upside-down. They made so much extra work for me to move and restack, hunt for everything because its not where it should be. Overall experience was very lacking and I do not recommend them!

  Wow some people you just can never please! Yes we was running late 1st day you rescheduled when told we'd b late. I went to the address in details. You wanted all the boxes in 1 room so we filled it completely full is why u couldn't get in it. Don't be mad at us bc u can't drive and hit a parked car and then pulled my guy off a 10ft wall going the wrong direction in the van. And I just love how some people blame broken things on us when you come flying by us then slamming on your breaks and we can hear everything in van shifting and getting smashed and then wreck the van!! Some people wow!!!!
