• Mohamed and Ebro were 90minutes late, I said we started unloading and would not need them for three hours, Mohamed said minimum is two hours, I said ok, two hours. They arrived 90 minutes late, work completed in less than 60 minutes. They still billed me for three hours. I contacted u haul , they referred me to Stressfree movers and Mohamed. He said to late to issue refund. Not good business Mo!! We even made mistake of tipping them. Late and liars, we agreed on two hours not three!!

  We sincerely apologize for the late arrival and understand your frustration. However, your reservation was booked and paid through Moving Help for three hours. Although you later stated that only two hours were needed, changing the expected time does not automatically change the original reservation or payment. Moving Help does not issue partial refunds for unused time, and the request was made after the refund period had passed. The work was completed successfully, and your tip was voluntary and appreciated. We regret the misunderstanding, but describing our team as liars is not an accurate reflection of what occurred.
