Outstanding moving experience. John and Leo were incredible, fast, careful, professional, patient, and positive from start to finish. I was running behind and had more than expected, but they never made me feel rushed. They helped break down my king-size bed and couches, wrapped the large furniture carefully, packed the truck extremely well, and handled a very difficult couch that ultimately had to go up the stairs because it wouldn’t fit in the elevator. Jassen stayed in touch throughout the move and was very understanding when I needed extra time, which took a huge amount of stress off me. The crew stayed until the job was complete and made a difficult moving day go far better than I expected. John even helped me think through furniture placement at the new place. Six hours of moving was worth every penny. These guys saved my day. I would hire Jassen, John, and Leo again in a heartbeat and recommend them without hesitation.
