We Haul Dont Stall Moving Company
I share this with the understanding that I was getting a cheaper option. Communication was poor, I did not get confirmation from the company. No reply to the email address listed, voicemail was full on the phone number, no answer to call or txt. I had to contact U-Haul customer service to get them to send an urgent email. Professionalism was okay. The guys were friendly and polite. It probably would have been better for them to walk around the house to take in all that was to be loaded and create stronger plan for how they were to load the truck. There was a lot of free space left in the truck. I had to rearrange the stuff by the door of the truck as heavy boxes were put on light boxes and were already crushing them. They were late which they communcated, but I felt like they were trying wind down and leave too early. The lead guy asked for the payment and I had to say that there was another 45 minutes left. I did not appreciate that.
