Our services include the loading and or unloading of your objects in the truck, and packing them if required. We have our implements to make it more comfortable and faster for you.   • The team was very understanding about mistakes I'd made that led to a reschedule initially, then led to the job taking twice as long as expected, with extra driving time. It was easy to pay for the extra time through the U-Haul app. They remained friendly, professional, and helpful throughout. They were efficient and did a great job problem-solving to move a large couch through a small entryway. I have no complaints! Just be aware, they don't bring a truck, YOU have to rent one in addition to booking their services (that was my first mistake).

  • The company was extremely unprofessional. I tried to get ahold of them pre move to coordinate things and make sure we were on the same page. They would not return my calls and instead just texted back and forth. We had asked them to deliver boxes and were not informed of any additional charges and then when they had finished they told my husband he owed $2400!!! He asked them how they would justify that and they initially said it was $20 per mile but their office then said $15 per mile. When he pointed out the 10 mile drive was nothing near $2400 they then said they would not pick up the remaining two boxes they had left blocking our driveway. My husband was not able to go to work meetings he had scheduled because of the back and forth with the company who was trying to extort us. They are super shady and they should be kicked off the platform. The only thing that made the move ok was the Uhaul manager who personally came to pick up the boxes himself.

  • Very professional and respectful they handled my property like it was their own, and I can keep going, can't give them 10 because is only too 5 but they deserve more than 5
