Showed up 30 minutes late and I was disappointed in you we were on a time schedule, my own help had to do more of the work. Definitely never using this company again and would not recommend. Please do not reach out to me for any correspondence.

Thank you for your feedback, Charles. In our conversation before the move, we discussed the start time and your time limitations. It being the day after Halloween, I expressed to you that while we would be able to accommodate your move, it may be dela.yed as our team prepared to start their workday. We did need to delay the job, which we are sorry for, but we arrived ready to fulfill the order you booked us for. It was great that you had many people there to help, but they were not obligated to do so. If you felt this dissatisfaction, then I wish you had expressed it so that we could have made it right. However, you did not indicate any dissatisfaction with us until you left this review. Thank you for booking with us and sharing your feedback.
